The TGSOA had won the case in High Court but the Shack Owners Welfare Society challenged the decision in the Apex Court, which directed the Department of Tourism to maintain status quo in the matter till November 27. “We had filed a caveat in the SC to give us a hearing earlier but now we want to argue the case when it comes up for hearing on November 27,” TGSOA
